Ready to learn a lifelong skill? In this fun, hands-on beginner hand sewing class, young makers will learn the fundamentals of sewing while building confidence and creativity. Students will practice beginning hand sewing skills such as the running stitch, whip stitch, blanket stitch, and button sewing, while gaining the confidence to complete simple projects on their own. As they learn, each student will create a beginner-friendly sewing project to take home, giving them the opportunity to apply their new skills and experience the excitement of making something from start to finish. No prior sewing experience is necessary - just bring your creativity and a willingness to learn!
