Thank you for choosing Happy Artists Children's Creative Studio!

We strive to provide a fun, creative, and positive experience for little artists!

​

We handle all customer service through email. Please contact us at hello@happyartistscreate.com and we will be happy to help you!

REGISTRATION + ATTENDANCE:

Online enrollment is required for all classes. For the best arts education results, regular class attendance is important. We do not prorate, refund or credit forward for classes unattended. 

​

PAYMENT + CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Payment in full (for session) to Happy Artists must accompany the registration to reserve your space. Forms of accepted payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Credit is not given for missed classes and refunds are not issued if student stops attending the session they are enrolled in. We do not offer make-up classes. A $50.00 fee is retained on all cancellations prior to class starting. If the student wishes to withdraw from class, please notify us by emailing hello@happyartistscreate.com, so that we can fill that place in class with someone on our waiting list. If the class you are wishing to enroll in is full, please email us so that we can add your child to the waiting list!

PICK UP + DROP-OFF POLICIES:

Please arrive promptly for class, but no earlier than ten minutes before the start time. If you arrive early, please wait outside with your student, and enter the classroom when invited by the teacher. All students must be checked in and out by a parent or guardian. The teacher must be notified of any other arrangements. When picking up, parents are asked to wait for students outside of the classroom, as our space is limited. Please pick up your child promptly at the end of class.

STUDENT AND PARENT CODE OF CONDUCT:

To ensure the best opportunity for each student to receive the greatest art education benefits, we expect all students at Happy Artists Children's Creative Studio to be respectful, cooperative and excited to learn! Offensive language or behavior will not be tolerated. Please have your student visit the restroom before class. Chewing gum and use of cell phones are not permitted in the studio.

WAIVER:

By enrolling in any class/workshop/paint night, parent agrees to:

  • Give full consent and approval for child to participate in art activities offered by Happy Artists Children’s Creative Studio. They assume all risks for their child and agree to waive, absolve, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever release Happy Artists Children’s Creative Studio and teachers, from any-and-all liability, damages, legal actions, losses or expenses that may arise during enrollment in art classes.

  • Grant permission to Happy Artists to use photographs and/or videos of students taken during class time on our website, social media, or other publications relating to our mission. Student names will never be used. Thank you!

CHARTER SCHOOLS:

Happy Artists Children's Creative Studio is an approved vendor of Escalon Charter AcademyHickman Charter School and Hart-Ransom Charter School

HOW TO REDEEM GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Please email us at hello@happyartistscreate.com with the class, camp or workshop you would like to apply your gift certificate to. We will enroll your child and email an invoice if there is a price difference. Thank you!
